Triple check your kindle device. Your device info is found in settings > device options > device info.

*NOTE* The Kindle + the Kindle Paperwhite are NOT the same device. The Kindle (mini) will just say Kindle 11th generation in settings and the Kindle Paperwhite will say Paperwhite (with the associated generation).
